Our moral crisis in America has been made clear by Planned Parenthood's callous atrocities. Local communities should act and the Waco community is responding. There will be a large rally on Tuesday morning, July 28 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the McLennan County Courthouse. Please come. Please stand for life.

Election Day is November 4, 2014. You could be complicit in evil and therefore putting your soul in danger if you vote for a candidate who supports abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, human cloning or homosexual unions. Please read Bishop Ricken's statement on voting pro-life.

On October 8, 2013, Pope Francis announced that in October 2014 there would be an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops on topics related to the family and evangelization. Subsequent communications made clear that the Extraordinary General Assembly would be followed by an Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops in October 2015, on the same topics.

The International Week of Prayer and Fasting brings together people of all ages, backgrounds, and races. From September 20th - 28th, 2014, we gather to pray for an end to the "culture of death", and for a new found appreciation for basic human rights, particularly in the United States of America.

On Saturday, September 13, 2014, Citizens for a Pro-Life Society, Priests for Life and the Pro-Life Action League will co-sponsor the second annual National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children, calling on pro-life Americans to honor the gravesites of our unborn brothers and sisters.
