All Souls’ Day Remembrance envelopes are located at all church entrances. Please get the envelopes into the church office by Tuesday, November 1 by 3 p.m.
All Saints Vigil Mass will be at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31. All Saints Day Mass will be at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1. There is morning Mass at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1. Rosary and Blessing of the Graves at Holy Cross and Oakwood Cemeteries begin at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2.
First Friday Adoration will be from noon to 5 in the Chapel on Friday, November 4. There is a funeral Mass for parishioner Claire Bearden that morning at 10 a.m.
During October, there are interactive bulletin boards, one at each entrance to the church. Please bring a small, baby-related item to place on one of these boards to focus attention on Respect Life Month and Walking with Moms in Need. Also, the diaper and formula drives continue for the entire month of October. Any size or brand of diapers is appreciated. Formula preferences are Similac 360 Total Care, Advanced and Sensitive, and Sam’s Members Mark. Diapers and formula may be placed in the food collection box at the main entrance of the church or brought to the church office. Thank you for your generous support.
Please remember to put coins in your Baby Banks. If you have not picked up a Baby Bank, they are at all church entrances. They should be returned by the first weekend of November.
This is the last week for the 40 Days for Life Fall 2022 Prayer Campaign which ends November 6th.
The November edition of The Word Among Us and The Catholic Yearbook are at all church entrances; one per family, please.
There are several upcoming events in our community. The Turkey Dinner in Marlin is on Sunday, November 6 from 11-1:30 p.m. See the bulletin for more information about these events.
