Ashes to Easter boxes are at all church entrances. Please pick one up and put coins in it during Lent.
This year at the festival we would like to have a mini farmers’ market with the garden department. If you are planting a garden, plant a little extra to donate.
Reconciliation will be every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 4-5 except for Good Friday. Masses will be at 12:10 and 5:15 on Wednesdays and Fridays except for Good Friday. Stations of the Cross will be on Fridays at 7 p.m. except on Good Friday. A Fish Fry will be every Friday except Good Friday at the KC Hall on Sanger. The meal is $12, and the delicious desserts made by the Women’s Guild are $1each.
Religious Education for Children and Adults will not meet this Sunday
The bi-monthly Sunday Pot-Luck Lunch will be this Sunday after 10:30 Mass in the Parish Hall.
The Women’s Bible Study will be at 9:30 a.m. in the Conference Room.
The Monthly Pot-Luck Supper will be in the Parish Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 9.
Mark your calendars: There will be a training session for new Lectors and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion on Saturday, March 11. Lector training will be at 10 a.m. and EMHC training at 11 a.m. There is a particular need for extraordinary ministers, so the same people do not have to serve so often at Mass. You can also be trained to take Holy Communion to the sick and homebound. Please consider these ministries as part of your desire for spiritual growth and service to the parish. Current lectors and extraordinary ministers are also welcome to attend.
The Pro-Life Rosary will be immediately after 10:30 Mass next Sunday. The Second Sunday Pro-Life Luncheon will be on Sunday, March 12 in the Parish Hall. Audrey Werner whose topic is “You Can Raise Pure Kids in Today’s Culture” will be the speaker. Please remember to bring donations of baby diapers and formula again next weekend as we continue our essential initiative for Respect Life and Walking with Moms in Need. Items will be shared between the Gabriel Project and CareNet.
Night of Reflection, Saturday, March 18 at St. Jerome – 6 p.m. parish meal in Mother Teresa Center, and 7 p.m. message & adoration in the Sanctuary. Dr. Ed Rogers will be the speaker. See the flyer on the bulletin board in the narthex for more information.
