Our diocese has been blessed with a steady increase of dedicated men answering the call to priesthood. Although this is a blessing for us, it comes with a need for increased funding for seminarian education. The cost of forming one seminarian, including expenses for room and board, tuition, textbooks, insurance, allowances, and travel is about $70,000!

Due to the increased need for funding, the diocese will launch a SEMINARIAN APPEAL in April. This request complements the CSA and is a 100% by mail appeal that will go out to 23,000 households across the diocese.
