Established on October 25, 1908, we are the oldest council in Waco. Our humble beginnings were assisted by Council #803 of Houston, TX. for our formation as a new council. Through their efforts, the Waco area has been impacted with great Catholic men and their families serving those in need. Knights of Columbus Council #1358, Catholic men who have pulled together in prayer, fellowship, and service for all.
The Saint Mary's Council, #1358 meets at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 5515 Sanger Avenue, Waco, TX 76710 at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of the month.
Perhaps you have seen a Knights of Columbus Honor Guard in our parish, in a parade or at a local sporting event. Those Knights in the tuxedos carrying swords are Fourth Degree Knights. The Fourth Degree is the visible arm of the Knights of Columbus. The Principle of the 4th Degree is Patriotism. Religiously Devoted, Patriotically Proud. The Msgr. J.J. Kearns Assembly, #1109 meets at Saint Louis Catholic Church, in The Saint John Paull II Building, 2400 Windsor Avenue, Waco, TX 76710 at 7:00 pm on the second Tuesday of the month.
