This is your last weekend to order a poinsettia from the Men’s Club to be used at the altar at Christmas. If you would like to order a plant in honor or memory of a loved one, the envelopes are at each entrance of the church. Please put the order in the collection basket or give to an usher after Mass.

The Youth Group is selling Christmas Angels in memory or honor of loved ones. These will be displayed on the trees during the Christmas season. You can purchase these in the front foyer of the church after Mass.

If you have purchased items from the GIVING TREE, please take the items to the rectory no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 20. We appreciate the wonderful responses to the Giving Tree and we know that the families that benefit from this will also be grateful.

Next Thursday, December 23 we need everyone’s help in cleaning our church for Christmas. If you can help, please be at the church at 10:00 a.m.

We will be taking up a special collection at all the Masses on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for Seminarian Education in the Austin Diocese. We are blessed to have 46 seminarians studying for the priesthood, but education is expensive. Please be as generous as you can.

Our Parishioner, Mary Hammond passed away last Wednesday, her memorial service will be held on January 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. here in St. Mary’s Church.
